Winery: Chateau Sainte-Dieu Grape variety: Moscato Appellation: Piedmont Packing: 750ml/6 Grade: DOCG Alcohol: 5.5% Vol Vinification process: The grapes are crushed, pressed and clarified, the juice is kept in a cooling irrigation (2°C); alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel autoclaves to preserve some of the natural carbon dioxide produced in the fermentation, and the fermentation is terminated by a cooling down of the temperature when the alcohol content reaches 5.5%, without malolactic fermentation in order to preserve the acidity and the character and freshness of the fruit varieties; the wine is then passed through an aseptic filtration in order to eliminate the yeasts. Taste profile: Bright yellow color with fresh and fragrant citrus, peach, and honey aromas and a sweet mouthfeel. It is a low sweet brewed white wine for young and old, suitable for parties, birthday parties, holiday celebrations or pre-dinner wines.
