Alcoholic fermentation was first carried out in steel vats, followed by skin maceration of Pinot Noir for a few hours rosé maceration to intensify the aromas and tones of the grape variety. This was followed by a second fermentation in bottle, and the wine was aged for at least 24 months on the lees, followed by a further 2 months of aging after the pomace removal process.
