This wine is characterized by a creamy, elegant and smooth texture due to the low overpressure (5 atmospheres) in the bottle. Taste profile: Smooth as mousse on the outside, it hangs as if it were a fine tiny bead of beads and is long-lasting. It has an intense straw yellow color. The nose is elegant and rich, with aromas of peaches, apricots and candied citrus fruits. The palate is dense and supple, with a full and firm structure. The palate is clean with a long finish.
