Winery: Chateau Marquis de la Victoire Grape variety: Sauvignon Blanc Appellation: Trentino Packing: 750ml/6 Grade: IGT Alcohol: 12.5% Vol Vinification process: Pressed, peeled and lightly pressed under nitrogen protection, the wine undergoes cold soak fermentation at a low temperature of 12 degrees Celsius for 12 days; after 5 months of fermentation in stainless steel vats with constant yeast temperature, it is filtered and bottled. Taste description: Straw-yellow color with a greenish tinge, intense aromas of white peaches and green peppercorns, rounded and full-bodied, with a long aftertaste of minerals. Winery: Château Marquis de la Victoire VARIETIES: etc. Selected grape varieties Appellation: Trentino Packing: 750ml/6 Classification: IGT Alcohol content: 12.0% Vol Vinification process: The grapes are picked and gently pressed with a small amount of sulfur dioxide. The must undergoes maceration and fermentation on the skins. The pulp was then cooled and clarified in vats. 80% of the wine was aged for 18 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and the remaining 20% in French vats for a minimum of 6 months; bottle aging for a minimum of 6 months. Taste description: Brilliant ruby color, the wine is young and full of fruity and alcoholic aromas. After ageing, it has a pleasant bouquet of ripe plums with hints of grass.
