Vinification process:
Pressed, peeled and lightly pressed under nitrogen protection, the wine undergoes cold soak fermentation at a low temperature of 12 degrees Celsius for 12 days; after 5 months of fermentation in stainless steel vats with constant yeast temperature, it is filtered and bottled.
Taste description:
Straw-yellow color with a greenish tinge, intense aromas of white peaches and green peppercorns, rounded and full-bodied, with a long aftertaste of minerals.
Wine pairing:
Pleasant and intriguing as an aperitif, but also an ideal accompaniment to fish dishes (grilled and smoked), white meats, charcuterie and soft cheeses.

Vinification process:
The grapes are picked and gently pressed with a small amount of sulfur dioxide. The must undergoes maceration and fermentation on the skins. The pulp was then cooled and clarified in vats. 80% of the wine was aged for 18 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and the remaining 20% in French vats for a minimum of 6 months; bottle aging for a minimum of 6 months.
Taste description:
Brilliant ruby color, the wine is young and full of fruity and alcoholic aromas. After ageing, it has a pleasant bouquet of ripe plums with hints of grass. Velvety on the palate, well-balanced and with a long aftertaste.

Rice, meat sauces and pasta with tomatoes, as well as grilled meats, poultry, white meats and soft cheeses
