Vinification process:
The grapes are harvested, destemmed, gently pressed and macerated at low temperatures; alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at a constant temperature of 16° C; ageing for about 4 months, followed by a resting period of at least 2 months in the bottle.
Taste description:
Medium warm yellow color, crystal clear in the glass; aromas are pronounced, with grass, jasmine and pear flavors standing out; the palate is compact and vibrant, approachable and pleasing; finishes suitably with hints of spice and minerals.
Wine Pairing:
Often used in the Friuli region with appetizers, it goes well with typical cold cuts, especially prosciutto Saint-Denis; also with fresh cheeses, omelets with spices, risottos and fish entrees; traditionally with eggs and asparagus.

Terry Pinot Gris White Wine

Vinification process:
All the grapes are picked, arranged and gently pressed to extract the white must and then peeled; partial fermentation in thermostatic stainless steel tanks, followed by further fermentation in stainless steel containers for 6 months; bottling and resting for at least two months.
Taste profile:
Straw-yellow color with a golden hue; fruity nose with aromas of apple and ripe pear; soft, excellent body, with a slight acidity that pleases and adds freshness; well-balanced overall, with a persistent finish.
Dinner Wine Pairing:
A great dinner wine, excellent with white meat and fish dishes; also goes well with fish-based appetizers and bean soups; and is a good choice for cold cuts.

Before blending, it is left in a cool place for 3 months, with weekly barrel churning. Subsequently bottled for at least 3 months.
Taste profile:
Bright gold color, fresh flowers, jasmine, honeysuckle and orange blossom, with some herbal notes such as mint, sage and lavender. Delicate and pleasant acidity, light minerality and a long finish.

Taste description:
Ruby red in color with flavors of blackberries, blueberries, Morello cherries and balsamic vinegar. The palate is soft and intense, with a pleasant acidity that makes each sip very refreshing in the mouth.

Vinification process:
The grapes are hand-picked at the end of October and air-dried on racks for nearly two months; destemmed and pressed, fermented in stainless steel vats and durmast oak barrels for a long period of time at a constant temperature; the wine is then vinified for six months in the bottle.
Taste description:
The most important sweet grape variety in the Friuli region, this wine is golden yellow in color, with a bronze hue; aromas of peach and apricot on the nose, with hints of banana when young; the sweeping sweetness of the wine is balanced by natural tannins that are distinctive and typical of this wine, making it a moderately sweet and captivating wine.
Dining Wine Pairing:
Typical dessert pairing wine, especially with local age-old desserts, but also with prosciutto.
