Taste profile:
A brand new wine from Mars. Clear, deep ruby red color with a blue tint. The nose is very intense and harmonious, with flavors of wild berries, ripe red fruits and blackberries.

Vinification process:
Grapes harvested and placed in crates, soft maceration for 14 hours, then removed from the stems and left to rest, gently pressed and fermented at a constant temperature; aged in stainless steel vats.
Taste description:
Deep ruby red color with a slight blue tint, with a varied and intense bouquet, giving a harmonious and pleasant olfactory impact. The palate is pleasant with harmonious aromas of fruits and flowers and a wide range of flavors such as red berries, blackberries and peonies.
Table wine pairing:
Uniquely flavorful when served with roasted or cured wild boar, roast lamb, cheeses and dark chocolate.

Made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, it has a deep ruby red and bluish color, with a varied and intense bouquet, providing a harmonious and pleasant olfactory impact. The palate is pleasant with harmonious fruity and floral aromas with a wide range of flavors of red berries, blackberries and peonies from the forest (red berries, blackberries, peonies, eucalyptus, roses, vanilla, cacao nibs, leather, corrosive earth).
