Afterwards, the wine was put into barrels with selected yeasts for a second fermentation of four months. Taste profile: Medium straw yellow color. In the glass, the wine shows a lot of thick and fine bubbles, accompanied by small bubbles, which are regular and persistent. Elegant bouquet with hints of acacia, peaches and pears; light-bodied, with a pleasantly relaxed, icy, soft and fruity flavor. Wine Pairing: Very versatile, especially suitable as an aperitif with everyday appetizers and starters, and as a base for a variety of cheeses and cold dishes.
