Taste profile: The flagship sparkling wine of Château Sainte-Anne, this wine has a straw yellow color with a light greenish hue. In the glass, it displays a thick, fine foam with small bubbles, regular and persistent. It has an elegant bouquet with hints of acacia, peaches and pears, and a light body, with a pleasantly light, cold and soft mouthfeel, and a fruity and attractive flavor.
