Winery: Chateau Jeanne Grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Franc Appellation: Veneto Packing: 750ml/6 Grade: DOC Alcohol: 12.5% Vol Vinification process: The grapes are picked and destemmed and pressed, fermented in maceration at 28-33°C for 4-5 days, partially malolactic fermentation, and then aged in cement tanks. Taste description: Intense ruby red color with purple highlights, fresh fruit and floral aromas. On the palate it is round and fruity, with fresh and warm cherry flavors and a lingering aftertaste. Wine Pairing: Cold cuts, stews, heavy vegetable and bean soups, fresh and medium cheeses. Serve at about 18-20°C.
