Taste description: Straw yellow color with a light greenish hue, floral and fruity aromas, with a seductive aroma of golden apples, freshness and full-bodied quality in harmony. Wine Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, with appetizers and fish dishes in general. Avoid spicy cheeses. Serve at a temperature of approximately 10-12°C.
